I wrote this for you…all five of you; Kim Junsu, Park Yoochun, Kim Jaejoong, Shim Changmin, Jung Yunho. This is for you. This is my hope…and Cassiopeia’s wish.

KIM JUNSU

Thank you for your jokes and gags. Thank you for being the mood-maker in the band of 5, with your boisterous laugh and amusing chatter. Thank you for your lovely voice – a God-given talent. Keep being the Junsu I know, the Kim Junsu who lives a simple life. Keep being the kind-hearted Junsu you are, one who is modest yet confident. Please remain as the Kim Junsu I know and love, the silly and adorable dualist-soccer-enthusiast. Please keep on being the charismatic and innocent Kim Junsu, Cassiopeia’s beloved dolphin, and Asia’s duckbutt (:p) Junsu who doesn’t know the meaning of ‘giving up’, who once yelled on top of his lungs on the rooftop for God to give his voice back.

I know how saying goodbye feels like, because I’ve experienced it all before. But please don’t ever forget our struggle to reach the place where we are now. Our effort to face the black and white reality; the good times and the bad…we went through them together. Don’t forget our battle, and all the blood, sweat and tears we shed together. Don’t ever forget. Keep on being the Junsu I know…

PARK YOOCHUN

“You cry, I cry. You laugh, I laugh. (You sing with your wonderful voice, and I am amazed to no end)” is the simplest saying out there, but it sums up how I feel, Yoochun-ah. We’re all in this battle…together. Pain or joy, we face them…together. My heart shatters at the image of you weeping, so please don’t shed those tears of sadness anymore. But let those tears of joy roll down your cheeks, because we have gone through those obstacles together. We will ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH ETERNALLY, right? There are no need for ‘thank you’s because we…your Cassiopeia…will gladly do that until the end of forever, so have no fear, for we will always have your back.

Yoochun-ah, keep being the warm-hearted person you are, the one who composes beautiful melodies and has skills to play the piano. Park Yoochun has written over 50 songs. Park Yoochun is none other than Kim Junsu’s best friend. Park Yoochun is the person who has successfully made his family proud of him. Park Yoochun has subconsciously told us that we can all achieve our dreams by struggle and sacrifice. Park Yoochun, I love you. We, your Cassiopeia, will stand by your side always – screaming out your name, supporting you forever.

KIM JAEJOONG

Thank you, Kim Jaejoong…thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your tenderness, love and care; I can finally let out a breath of relief. You have proven that you can take care of others – Kim Junsu and Park Yoochun, even though you’re temporarily separated from your family of 5. The title umma really does suit you well, why? Well it’s because cooking is your hobby (!) as well as my mother’s. Jaejoong-ah, keep on being the Hero of the entertainment industry. Remain as the Jaejoong who perseveres to reach his dreams; after all, a Hero must always strive to reach the stars. You left your home to achieve your goals to be a singer, and it paid off!

Yes, you are the Kim Jaejoong who refrains from drinking Coke due to his phobia. Jaejoong with the mesmerizing smile, infectious laugh, and a face which seems to have been sculpted by the finest artiste in the world. Your angelic voice captivates me, and that’s when I catch myself thinking, Are you really human? Perhaps you are a fallen angel – simply too perfect to be human. But even angels need to face some obstacles from time to time.

Life isn’t a piece of cake, it can force you to walk the rocky road, but it will all be worth it in the end. Hey, you miss them…don’t you? Well, I do too. We all do. I feel the same way. I miss seeing all 5 of you on stage…so, so much. I miss seeing 5 smiling faces underneath the stage lights. I miss seeing your group hugs, because I know that they represent what and who you truly are…you are not 5, but you are one. Kim Jaejoong, Youngwoong Jaejoong, Hero Jaejoong, the sky will clear up soon, and you will be reunited again. Let’s keep the faith eternally, ne?

SHIM CHANGMIN

Changmin-ah, how are you doing? Shim Changmin, Choikang Changmin, Max Changmin; magnae of TVXQ who acts like the leader. The most feared member of the 5-man-band, the one who introduced the name ‘Cassiopeia’ to us all. Keep on being the Shim Changmin you have always been, the one character whom I know so well. The Changmin who will sneak backstage to eat cake (side note: my dearest food monster <3), one who is loved by all (especially me! :3). And how can we forget? The tallest member who eats 8 times a day in order to function well :p.

Ah, you are the Shim Changmin who closes of his feelings from the entire world, but you have always been the strong one, Max Changmin. My heart breaks whenever I see your empty smiles now. If people were to say “one’s eyes are the windows to their soul” then you might as well be truthful and tell us how broken you really feel. It cuts me deep to know you bottle up your feelings inside and mask them with a forced smile, when I would rather see you cry and let out all those pent up emotions, magnae-ah. It hurts me to know that I can’t see your cheerful, genuine, mismatched eye-smile again, Changmin-ah. It hurts me to know that I can’t embrace you and tell you to cry all you want. But even so, I just want to say “Don’t worry. Be happy, always.” Because I will be by your side, as I have always been…scratch that, Cassiopeia will always stand by you. We will be your rock and your shelter, magnae-ah J

Now, even though I can’t lie through my teeth and say these recent problems don’t frustrate me, I want to remind you that we’re all in this together, right? We will always keep the faith until forever comes to an end, for eternity, until the end of time. So, forget all these things for a while, and treat yourself to some good food! (side not: If I see you lose more weight, I’m going to personally go to your dorm and force you to eat kilos…no, tons of food…literally. Because that’s how much I love you :p)

JUNG YUNHO

Yunho, Yunho, Yunho…TVXQ’s leader; the band appa who does a magnificent job in taking care of the other 4 members. Thank you, Yunho. You have been doing very well in taking care of us all. You have shown us what a true leader really is. I hope you will always remain as the Jung Yunho I know so well. The jealous leader, Yunho…you’re one lucky person, you know that? You’ve experienced hundreds of near-death occurrences, but you are still alive and well now. Your words soothe us, your voice amazes us, your dance astonishes us and your pure heart awes us. Bravo, Yunho!

Remember a few years back when an anti-fan tried to poison you? Remember how she was supposed to own up to her deed, and you forgave her instead? You said it was because she reminded you of your sister. Most of us would not have done what you did, Leader-sshi, but you truly are a saint.

In all honesty and frankness, we are stressed out. And we know you are too. I hate everything that has been going on, and if only I could do something about it, I would do everything to take away your burdens. Alas, there is nothing I can do except to offer you my sincerest prayers. Mianhaeyo, Leader-sshi, I’m sorry. We can only keep the faith eternally and support you, and we will do so…forever.
